But aside this full time position involved on integration context

IT Architecture strategy and related projects, which will be

stated below.

Datapower Responsible to define the strategy for the next 5 year in terms

of the path to follow for delivering the best solution for

integration, taking into account the new API Management

paradigm and the necessity to deliver a solid and with real time

analitycal gathering for controlling and give visibility to the

consumers of the MTF (Managed File Transfer) channel.

BPM Lite

Responsible to raise (from design to implementation) a new IBM

BPM 8.5.5 Advanced environment with a mixed type of infrastructure

(Dev and Test environment on the BPM Cloud offer and

Prd on-premisses).

This new environment is targeted to a more agile BPM practice

for the simple and generic (Case management similar),

responsible to define the working and release model. Base tolkit

standards framework design and reviewer responsibilities.

BPM CoP

With the objective to improve the current IBM BPM 8.0.1 (FP2)

infrastrcuture and operational model has undertaken the task to

define the security and release strategy for the environment

supporting the BPM platform.

Aside the infrastructure also responsible to define de practices

(operational and development) for the current BPM platform

projects.

of a migration solution from the ARCIS ECM product to the

IBM OnDemand one.

With the responsibilities of manage the interface with the

which all the interfaces (WebServices) were implemented.

of a small developer team (agile) for a management solution

to control all the lifecycle of an automatic payment terminal

(ATM).

Integration with the SOA middleware of the Bank using

WebServices. All the automation processes were

implemented on Windows Services. At the end there were

also an integration using Kofax and the IBM Content Manager.

This was an online solution (ASP.Net) for the business process

of selling ATM devices to the business dealers, it had a

custom workflow management with tracking and audit info.

I identify myself as a resourceful person who’s focus of expertise is in fact

integration solutions through heterogeneous system by using property tools

(like Biztalk or IBM ESB) or implement custom integration

components/solutions.

I like to go end-to-end on a development life cycle using agile methodologies

in a role of team leader and do coaching and align my team to deliver the

best and focused in client requirements solution, and of course on the

budget.

Another thing that I like is to deal with new products and frameworks, not

only by reading the manual, but also by “breaking” them into pieces to know

their internals so that I can design the best optimized solutions and in the

case of open source ones correct them.

In my company I have the reputation of being a good solution deliver for a

variety of problems, and for that sometimes my expertise is required to

analyse and define technical solutions in some cases for products that I have

never had put my eyes on. This is one of the things that I like in my job,

mental challenges where I need to be the most resourceful person and to use

a variety of tools to do profiling and system analysis (network, memory, etc..)

to find the problem and correct it.

On the teamwork level I have a good experience (4 years) on conducting

teams as a Team Leader to deliver projects on time and on budget, using

agile methodologies, namely Scrum.
